Chapter 416 is meeting the first Thursday night of each month at 7 p.m. at 1610 Pinson valley pkwy, Tarrant, Alabama, please call if you need directions -205 951-8929 or 902-5656 , Remember New Vet's are being made every day, So pray for them an let's be there for them when they return home , an welcome home to you !
416 activities include helping Veterans work through the local VA Hospital and other VA issues. 416 members have faced many of the problems to be encountered in the VA system, both the Hospitals and Benefits, and know how to circumvent many of the questions before they become wrenching problems.
416 has the largest mobile memorial in the world, the Alabama Moving Memorial, made from the same rock as the Wall in Washington and listing all the Alabamians to die in Vietnam. The Memorial has visited many communities throughout Alabama. 416 has also sponsored and cosponsored several visits of traveling versions of the Wall in Washington.
